Michael has 25 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, covering mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, secondary debt and equity raisings and asset acquisitions and disposals. Michael worked in the M&A division of Corporate Finance at Deutsche Bank in Sydney as well as ten years as Director, Corporate Finance with a national broker.
Nicholas was a principal adviser at the Australian Securities Exchange in Perth and brings 17 years of experience in listing rules compliance, capital raising and corporate governance. While at the ASX, he oversaw the listing of over 100 companies to the official list of the ASX. He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. Nicholas holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University. He also holds Graduate Diplomas of Applied Finance and Investments and Applied Corporate Governance from the Securities Institute of Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia, respectively.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia, and has a strong background in finance having previously worked in the broking industry. Dan has 12 years’ primary and secondary capital markets expertise, and has advised on and been involved in a number of IPOs, RTOs and capital raisings on the ASX, AIM and NSX. Dan’s focus is on commercial due diligence and transaction structuring as well as ongoing investor and stakeholder engagement
Lee-Anne has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry having held various positions at Stockbroking firms within Australia, including nine years at Merrill Lynch. Lee-Anne’s extensive experience includes Client Relationship, Corporate Actions, Institutional Settlements, Corporate Finance, Custody, Stock Lending and Compliance. Lee-Anne is the Head of Administration at Mahe Capital.
